From dialog box you can :
ON : switch light on
OFF : switch light off
NIGHT : automatic switch on/off with night
AUTO : lights on when when an avatar is near it
AUTO+NIGHT : same than AUTO but works only at night.
Warning : NIGHT depends on sun position, if you change manually environnement in your viewer, you don't change sun position.

At first there was an issue of no copy. Lionel sent me a new one with copy rights! This light is nice looking and gives off just the right amount of light! Thank you so much for your great customer service :) I love eeeet!!!
