This is full mod, so everything wrong with it can be fixed, if you're wiling/able to dig in and do it. I'd probably give this three stars if it cost more or were nomod, but for this price it's well worth it, you'll need to do some work on the thing if you want it to fit in properly but it's work you can do with this one while a lot of the other outhouses I've seen are nomod for some reason.
The door is separate so, if you have good door scripts, you can rip the one out of here and drop your own in. This is a good thing to do, you can set your own sounds for the door and have the main body be touch to sit while the door is touch to activate.
Could do with more color options, the wood here is *very* light, so it looks rather out of place in most builds but great standing alone.
This uses a generic sit animation, not AVSitter, so if you have something scripted you need to add that relies on it you will need to write your own for it.
The physics for it require you to leave it phantom, if you set it to physical it's a weird triangle shape that you can walk half through and then bounce off of nothing.
The TP is part of the main body's mesh, not detachable, so you have it next to you facing the *wrong way* every time you sit down.
OMG TO FUNNY
Got this randomly and the umbrellas wore the outhouse are a few sims walking around in it. When the door would open I would raise my umbrella such great cheep fun.
Worth the price
Works great, looks just like the pic. My only complaint is that the toilet paper is on the roller backwards lol....pet peeve at home in RL...but otherwise it's perfect. Worth a lot more than the 10 L's I paid. Tks for a great product! (no stars removed for toilet paper placement haha) Have a great day!

Exactly what I was looking for!!!! Great sit animation. (It does NOT have a standing animation for men,.. would make it perfect if it was scripted to ask which pose and offer either sitting or standing.) Other than that its the exact build and look I wanted. Best of all its only 4 prim but the detail is amazing. Great job building this and thank you so much!!!!
