This is a commercial release package for designers. By purchasing this package, you are also purchasing a commercial license to use this item for adding to your own product's functionality. This license is active at the time of sale to the buyer and is exclusive to the avatar name(Or XStreet account avatar association) under which you purchased the Attic Folding Ladder v1.0.
If this item is a gift, you may contact Outy Banjo with the name of the avatar that this item is to be delivered to. Doing so will remove you as a licensee of this product. Or, you can just use XStreet's gift delivery option and the recepient will be made a licensee automatically.
Records are kept of authorized license holders. These are used to both varify you as a licensee and to send you any future versions of this product free of charge.
You may use this product to add functionality to buildings and structures that you create, whether they be in buildings or structures for personal use, in buildings or structures that are a gift, or in buildings or structures for sale to others.
Outy's Attic Folding Ladder CANNOT be resold or given away as a feature or "stand-alone" item. It must provide some sort of functional purpose to the objects it's sold with. Featuring this item as part of a building components kit, business-in-a-box, or any manner in which it is offered where use of Outy's Attic Folding Ladder is explicitly labeled or described, or implicitly packaged as being usable in a way other than functionality with your building or structure is strictly PROHIBITED. Interpretation of the aforementioned as it specifically applies to unique situations is at the sole discretion of the copyright owner of Outy's Attic Folding Ladder.
Example 1: You create and sell a house which uses Outy's Attic Folding Ladder to access upper and lower floors - This is OK
Example 2: You place Outy's Attic Folding Ladder in a kit for home builders - This is NOT ok
Example 3: "I really like your ladder. Can I have a copy?" "Sure, here you go." - This is NOT ok
Versions of Outy's Attic Folding Ladder with BOTH Copy and Transfer asset permissions are NOT permitted to circulate beyond the licensee(purchaser/recipient/you). Further, distributing Outy's Attic Folding Ladder in a manner which enables indefinite distribution to or by successive end users is prohibited. This license and product cannot be refunded or transfered, with the exception of naming the recipient after purchase(If someone other than yourself).
Outy's Attic Folding Ladder sold "as-is" and is not promised to be compatible with any of your items or scripts. While tested extensively for functionality, later version releases of Second Life may impact it's performance. It also cannot be predicted or guaranteed how this item will interact with, or perform in relation to other scripts or objects. If a major compatibility issue arrises, such as non-functionality with a current version of the Second Life client or platform, I will attempt to release a new version of this package to which license holders will be entitled, free of charge.
