I knew from the picture quality this would be terrible, but when they offered tattoo layers I assumed this meant I could use just the lips. The "just lips" have those terrible eyelashes. I had to spend more L for another product to get the smeared look I needed. I did not buy this for the eyeshadow, eyelashes, etc and was settling due to the elusiveness of the product.
