A large, abandoned industrial urban building. The interior space is intentionally left empty so you can build what you want inside. Interior space is round 45x45, exterior is 50x50.
The upper windows can be opened and closed by editing linked as you like. There are three main lights in this abandoned, filthy, urban industrial building, the color and power can be modified with the included lighting HUD.
PBR lets you adjust the brightness and color of the lighting, you can also add and remove more lights.

This building is filthy in all the ways I like it. Seriously it looks amazing and is big enough for all of the activities. Oil stain on the ground is top notch, and the creator is really helpful. Don't be a fool, you don't need other buildings, just buy this one you know you want to.
