PBR Urban Loading Dock Building
PBR urban building with loading bays. Original mesh and textures/materials. Fallback for non-PBR viewers, best viewed in a PBR viewer. Styled like an urban garage or workshop with urban decay style.
Scripted lighting lets you change brightness and color of the interior lighting. You can also add/remove pillars and beams as you see fit without causing issues.
UVmap is included for the font billboard so you can edit it to your liking.
There is a manhole designed to be used with the #FYISewerSystem, so you can build your own sewer, bunker, etc system with an FYI PBR sewer system builder's kit (not included) and enter it via the manhole in the building.
You can also remove beams and stuff inside to lower land impact or make more space.
