[PG] Script: Region/Land information with lag meter, as hover text Version 1.0

Just a simple script here (copy, no mod, no trans), indicating...

Region name, region rating (pg, mature, adult), simulator hostname, simulator channel (Main, BlueSteel, Magnum, LeTigre), simulator version, last restart time and date in UTC, current FPS in region, average FPS in region (last 50 minutes), time dilation, avatars count in region.

... in hover text. Drop it into any prim and wait few moments (~minute) for initial data.

For current FPS:

- Very good (35+, text color green),
- Good (25-35, text color green),
- Slow (10-25, text color yellow),
- Crash possible (0-10, text color red).

Profiling enabled (with 20 KB buffer), lightweight and not heavy on region resources:
