The pack contains TWO versions! One with lower LI of 109 and with a LI of 189. The second version shows a reflection of the entire building under water which makes it an absolute unique highlight on your place.
Everything is set up with fine details and textures. Like usually we provide COPY and MOD permissions. So you can customize everything like you want to.
