The Waverly Hills Toxic Warehouse prefab can be used as a club, store,house, garage, or as an addition to your themed or RP sim. Nicely textured and detailed. Its a rather big build being 30x40 meters but only 108 prims. Two story glass and concrete design. Built with realism and detail in mind. Comes in a rezz-faux package for ease of placement and reposition.
