Here is a small Punk/Grunge club, all is copy, modify and you can make as many copies of anything you like, but all can be changed and textures removed, all items shown in pics are included, if i have missed something please let me know :).... any thing that says no mod means there is a script in side and the script can not be modified but the item usually can be stretched etc
the build itself is 67 prims......measures 25 x 30...

its easier to include the items rather than me linking them, as you are then able to move and change things around as required :)
