Best Dang Build ever
bought this a few years ago.. did some mods for a smaller parcel. "took alot out" still looked great. just got a redilivery and rezzed it for some flickr pics and Damn.. i forgot how amazing this was.. great textures. perfect for a great man cave or MC garage

I love its design, its quality, its decoration, its realism! but ... I do not like that it leaves shade in the textures under many objects, this limits much its modification and personalization of the place, also, I am happy with this, I hope that it fixes the problem of the shadows someday! Greetings.
Extremely disappointed
Don't buy this if you enjoy customising your house. all textures have baked in shadows for the clutter that's strewn about the garage, you can't move anything, or remove anything without leaving a burned in shadow of where it was, I was lusting after this house for months and now that I finally pulled the trigger, I wish I hadn't, I can't do anything with this. Great if you just want to rez and play, not so much if you like to make things your own.
Badass
So I initially just bought this for the bench and the pieces that go with it, and realized that pretty much all of the parts of this build are amazing if you just unlink them. That said, even if you want the build as it is, I'd consider it worth the 3k. It's a good piece to have, especially if you're into garages. This fits that back alley starter-upper, reminiscent of Car Mechanic Simulator. The only thing it's missing is a fully functional car lift but that isn't important, is it? I mean in the grand scheme of things, this build covers the majority of everything you'd expect to see in a repair shop.
BeYaZ, if you produce more things like this, or things with parts I can rip apart like this, guaranteed I'll be buying more from you. Good work!
My personal house in my sim
Blends with my sim's urban/cyberpunk theme pretty well and looks awesome. It was certainly a pricey purchase but go to the store and rez this in world and see the quality...It's worth it. I could think up some better floor plans for the upstairs portion but I was able to fill it out and it makes for a great apartment space. I did find the security system to be lacking/not functional however I think this was an issue on my end, I just threw a security orb into the ceiling and called it a day. All in all this house is exceptional and I dont think I'll ever move out!
