This special paddle board gives an authentic feeling SUP paddle board experience. My original scripting gives a slow easy place of real paddle boarding. My animation is a classic, gentle reaching forward side paddle style that paddle boarders use.
When you rez your board on your favorite river or stream and click on it you will see the word "Paddle" in the pie cart. Be sure to turn off your AO.
You stand on the detailed traction pad. Notice the detailed mesh of the deck netting forward of the traction pad.
As you begin to move you will notice two animations: At first you stand in a relaxed posture holding the paddle. Your stance and arms move gracefully in this pose. You stay in that pose if you are not moving. Once you use your control arrows to move you will change automatically to the paddling animation. I made this animation while standing on the board and creating a sequence of 16 poses to form the paddle animation you will see.
The paddle goes in your right hand naturally so just "add" it in the normal way you wear anything. You can edit to move it in your hand if needed, but I don't recommend moving it much unless you have a very large avatar.
The board has four speeds to give you the feeling of gliding over the water. It is made for relaxed enjoyment at normal paddle board speeds, and the fastest speed is set at a speed a top athlete might reach. Use motion control jump up and down arrows (page up and down on keyboard) to change speed.
Your view as you paddle is 8 meters behind the paddle board at an angle of 30 degrees down to give you a complete and natural perspective on the board and the surroundings as you paddle.
The board and paddle both have a touch to resize script. I made both the paddle board and the long paddle following real life scale. Paddle boards are normally about 11 feet in length and 34 inches wide. I followed these dimensions with just a slightly larger boost recognizing that the majority of SL avatars are a bit over scale. For realism I do not recommend you change the sizes, but you certainly can make use of the touch to resize function if needed.
The little puppy riding along is a fun feature. Just touch him to make visible or invisible.
There are three color versions in the box: Power Pink, Terrific Teal, and Blue Beauty. Just choose the color that matches up with your mood or swim wear.
Be sure to check out all 12 photos! BTW, the underwater shark in photo 11 is not included... I discovered the shark "photo bombed" me after I took the photo. Indeed, there is a lot to see in the SL underwater world.
Have fun paddling and even take voyages with a Larsson Animated SUP Paddle Board. Look for me around the Blake Sea, especially near Sirens Isle. There are so many rez zones in the Blake Sea making it one of the best areas to enjoy paddling about.

As a basic paddleboard, it gets 5 stars for the animations ( best I've seen for a paddleboard,) the look of the board, plus the dog is cute. I shocked at how well it surfs big waves It does not surf like a normal SL surfboard but it can ride and make it over waves, if you get a wave directly behind you you can ride it all the way to the beach without touch your keyboard. really fun to play in the waves with this.
But for 1000L it's only got 2 animations the board object is no mod or I'd just add my own to it. The best surfboards in SL cost less than 1/2 this and have 20 animations. this doesn't need all that but a few sit, lay and floating, animations would make this 6 stars. all so to ride the waves I had to use a camera override hud form a boat I have.
Feels like the real thing
Relaxing to paddle around, no fear of sim crossings, and the animations are very realistic.
The paddling stops when just one would realistically expect to just rest and bit and float on. Which give it a very smooth ride feeling.
A lot of love and care has been put into making this.

Fun vehicle with great animations
This is a lovely SUP board! Its a great way to explore small waterways & rivers that are too marrow to sail (perfect for the Eden estate!) I had a script glitch on sim crossing but Lisle fixed that pronto and now it crosses borders with ease. The custom animations are lovely. Best SUP Board on MP, 5*
