Work around implemented to fix issues with avatar display names.

Extend the chat range of everyone on your parcel
to up to 9999 meters.

i bought 6 chat extenders and all had flaws, so i took the plunge on this extender since it had no reviews yet, but YAY, finally one that just works ! no errors so far <3
