Picket Fence & Gates Kit

Contains 23 separate modular components to enable you to build wooden fencing areas, ideal for gardens, farms, country properties, and are ideal for use with Linden Homes.
Each fence piece is a mesh - the larger parts are 1LI each, and the smaller ones are less than 1LI.
As an example, the fence panels in the compound in the pictures is 7LI when linked.
There are versions with posts at both ends, and with a post only on one end, so you can join them in long lengths. Also included are an individual post and a rail, in case you need to make up a special shape piece.
Pieces are made to suit 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 metres centres of the fence posts.
If you link fence pieces together then often the overall land impact is reduced, compared to having them not linked.
The gates are 2LI for the personnel gate, and 3LI for the twin gate which is big enough for cars etc.
(note that the gates should not be linked to other things, as it might affect their hinge operation).
If you find that you need a different size gate, IM me and I will make you one.
At default, the gate opens when someone clicks on it, and auto-closes in 30 seconds.
If the owner clicks the POST at the side of the gate, they get a special menu - only the owner will get this.
The menu allows you to change the auto-close time, and to set security options, for access by anyone, limited to a group, or owner-only access.
Every gate can hold its own security setting, so you can have some public areas, and some restricted.
They are modify and copy so you can edit the sizes if you need to.
The gates should not be re-sized, as this may affect the way they hinge.
You can colour-tint the wood with the SL edit tools if you want to. The hinges are a separate texture face so can also be coloured separately if you want.
Loaded with good LOD settings, so they will keep their shape when you zoom out or view from a longer draw distance.

(gates will show in inventory as no-mod, but will be mod when rezzed)
