Pickfair House

This house was a labor of love to build. I present to you the early 1930's version of the home build and frequently renovated by Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks Junior, the first true king and queen of Hollywood. The original  house itself was first build in the Hollywood Hills in 1929 The house was fully researched in terms of floor plans and pictures. As it went through many renovations over the years we choose the version of the house following the second renovation (and perhaps a bit of the third). We were as faithful as was possible, based upon the information available to us so that you could experience for yourself a taste of one of the first Hollywood (and perhaps one of the most famous) mansion.

Please note that this build comes with all AO's, Normals, Speculars, Textures and Materials so that you may customize the house to your taste as desired. Colors and textures have been enhance by the use of PBR. All doors open either by clicking on them and some by walking into them.

The house is contained in a Rez box and the prim count is 1407.

The dimensions of the house are:
Height 19.36 M
Width 93.21
Depth 64.97 M

Please note that sadly the furniture and landscaping is not included with the house but has been included in the pics so that we could help you imagine the possibilities for how you may want to decorate this beautiful mansion. If you are interested in the furniture I would be happy to direct you towards the stores from which most of the furniture has been purchases as well as the name of the landscaper.

I hope you enjoy this house as much as we enjoyed building it.
