Picnic table, 10 prims, 7 places to sit: 4 cushions, table top and both side beams.
Copy/no trans version - trans/no copy version available, too.
The table is modable, even though it shows as "no modify" in the inventory. This is only because of the included no-mod poses and scripts. You still can change the size of the whole table and size and position of the linked prims.
