Drag and drop your picture in the center, and then touch the frame for a color menu which includes 66 different colors to choose from. Touch the center or shadow area to bring up a resizer menu. (If you size the frame very large, the land impact will increase).

Different size but same aspect ratio
I wish vendors could be more precise in their descriptions of modification attributes. Any size, yes in terms of overall size but you cannot change the length v height ratio. So the resizer keeps the length v width ratio the same as it increases/decreases the size. Edit does the same. So you can't have a square frame, or a 16:9 widescreen frame or indeed any ratio you want frame. Pity as otherwise it's a good frame with a good selection of frame colours.
