Valley of the Queens is a two-player game (or one player against themselves). The white side begins by moving a piece and then the blue takes a turn making another move. Each side has five pieces: one queen and four cats. Each of these can move across the board horizontally, diagonally or vertically, both forwards and backwards - similar to a chess queen. However, there is one important difference: the pieces MUST move to their farthest most playable positions on the board. They can not be stopped anywhere in between. Only the border of the board or a field with another piece on it can stop them from moving further. In addition, and importantly, cat pieces are allowed to cross, but not allowed to stop on the green center field.
The goal of the game is to move one's queen onto the green center field on the board. If a player manages to do that, they win the game.
The game starts when a player clicks the board. The first person to click on a game plays with white. If a second player clicks the board they join to play with blue. If the first player clicks the board after they make their first move, and no one else has joined, they play against themselves.
Players can resign from the game by clicking the edge of the board and selecting 'Resign'.
The game times out after 5 minutes by default. This allows the game to reset when someone abandons it (or worse, starts a game and then deliberately leaves, not allowing anyone else to play it in a public area). In a private environment, the time-out can be set to a longer time-interval or even turned off by selecting 'indefinitely' from the settings menu. The settings menu can be brought up when the game is idle, by clicking on the edge of the board.
* Disclaimer. The game is Copy/Mod. The script inside is No Mod. Land Impact may change upon resizing.

the sounds are delightful, with a crisp, heavy "click" of marble pieces hitting the tile game board. The egyptian horns when the game is won a definite thrill!
Simple to play, difficult to master, this can give you hours of fun! Stump your friends!
Very fun!
I wish it had AI so I could play by myself without playing against myself, but my sister and I enjoy the game! It is very fun thank you!
