IMPORTANT NOTES
The pool table itself is modifiable and so this item is listed as modifiable. However, the scripts within are not modifiable and making changes other than resizing the table risks breaking things. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
Also note, as this item as mesh, resizing the item to make it larger will increase its land impact substantially. However, reducing the size of the item will reduce its land impact slightly.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Inactivity Timers:
If a user leaves a game in progress, the game won't run endlessly. The table owner can set inactivity timers so that such games will automatically time out and end.
Multiple textures and cloth:
Cloth and table textures can be set individually, allowing for a wide range of style options.
Attention to Details
To keep games quick and fun, almost every major rule has been scripted into each game, including ball spin ( subject to SL limitations ), push-outs, safeties, re-racking, and other great features. This is so that players can have the most authentic pool-playing experience in SL possible.
Administrative Features:
The pool table comes with a full set of administrative features and the ability to grant administrative control to other people.
Lastly, please note this table doesn't come with player avatar animations. Unfortunately player avatar animations get in the way of gameplay, so I've opted to leave them out.

Don't do what I did
I purchased a different "playable" table for our group parcel, I was trying to save prim/LI and I wasted L$1,500. To compare the other table to dog ca-ca would be an insult to dog ca-ca.
I then decided that saving a few prim was not worth the headache and purchased this table from Dustin and I could not be happier. It is a breeze to set up, a joy and easy to play. Don't do what I did... just buy this table, avoid the headaches and regret.
BTW, after purchasing the table, Dustin reached out via IM to offer any support needed (none was) but just that one act shows how much he cares about his customers.

Wonderful product
I have only tested single player, I found it intuitive, customisable with resizing well scripted, nice menu choices but can still go old school and mess with textures for sinstance toning it down by adding some grey to the table. The seller is active in sl and very friendly =)

In the listing, the creator states that they want this pool table to be the best thing I've ever owned in Second Life. So far, that's indeed proving to be the case. I am blown away by this pool table. It really is at a new level in every respect, including support and after-sale service. In fact, the creator contacted me personally to thank me for the purchase and to check if I needed any help. I didn't - the clear and well-written instructions were all I needed, but the gesture was welcome all the same. To sum up I'll say that this pool table is a *steal* at any price. Do not hesitate, this is without question the best pool table in SL, and may just be the best thing you've ever owned in Second Life as well.
