This house and pool consist of :

- An hexagonal pool house (14 x 14m) with blinds, door and sliding windows with tinting system.

- A pool (14 x 7.7m) with swim prim.

- a spindle hedge, with 2 arch entries, surround the whole.

- A palm tree near the house.

- The flooring.

These components are delivered in package Rez-Faux.

==== The House ====
This house is hexagonal (approximately 14x14 m). A nice roof with original textures overhang a large place surround by 3 bay windows and 3 walls (one with a door). The bay windows have tinting system (switch on the wall and blinds. All sounds are original and new in SL.

==== The Pool ====
Pool rez with the house, the hedge and the palm. 4 meters in depth. Terra tile. Swim prim (you can swim in the water with a hud). 4 nice sounds of water.

==== Trees and Plants ====

1 hedge that surround the set and 1 palmtree. All original textures, wind and gravity effect. Nice foliage, very realistic.

Total size is about 20 X 27 and you need 79 prims to rez min (with rez-faux)
