I like this build.
There are however some problems. The house is not mod, one can only resize it.
Your ava sinks away in some parts of the floor. I fixed that by rezzing a transparent floor

And you can't get into the house just walking...there is a fence with no opening, so you have to fly or tp yourself into the house using double click tp. That looks a bit silly....

The house looks very good and is low prim. A pity that there are some problems :(
