Here's the solution! a portable runway!
with the remote control you can rez it when you want to take off, derez and rez it again when you have to land.
Land rezzer is only 1 prim! it's also modify, so you can hide it with an invisible texture :)runway size is 10 x 5 x 60 and it gets rezzed 2 meters above the rezzer at the center.
no instructions in the box.... there are only 2buttons. arrow up rezs the track and arrow down removes it. easy.

Awesome runway gadget!
This runway gadget is so convenient with the hud control. It is compact in size when not in use. (I would not call it portable comparing to my avatar size but it is small enough for small rezz space.)
I wish the hud also has temp rezz timer function so it can derezz itself afterward.)
Fantastic Portable Runway
Creator should be applauded for a wonderful and unique way to own a run and not require up land or valuable prims. Ability to rez and unrez is genius via the HUD. Although, I do wish the Rezzable allowed for the option to rez and unrez the portable runway while leaving the rezzable object around (if only to show others how cool the runway is without having to attach the HUD).
