WHEN IT WORKS, IT WORKS WELL, IT DOES NOT HAVE MUSIC AND THE EFFECT IS SEEN WELL BUT I CAN NOT USE IT IN ALL PLACES, BAD, THAT IT IS USED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING IF IT DOES NOT WORKS 100%?

This message appears all the time :
[12:49] Second Life: Can't rez object 'Stars Teleporter' at { 244.382, 127.783, 1002.86 on parcel " .... " the owner of this land does not allow it. Use the land tool to see land ownership.
