Portal of Swirling Lights
Instructions:
1. Wear portal.
2. Type “/77 teleport”. A portal will appear beneath your feet, and you will slowly
sink into it.
3. Teleport to the landmark of your choice.
4. When you appear on the other end, a portal will appear, and you will slowly rise out of it.

Only Works on Land That Allows Rez
The portal works great, as long as the destination you are teleporting to allows you to rez items on their land. Otherwise, you will rise but with no swirling lights. Same thing with leaving a place that has no rez permissions, you will sink but get no swirling lights effect.
I think the creator should have mentioned this is in the description but since he didn't, here's my review, stuck here forever!
