Should Have a Auto-Hide
It should have a auto-hide for when you are not typing. It doesn't, so the rest of the time, it is hanging off of your thumb. This lack of a normal cell phone typer feature makes it really useless. I guess you could use it in a situation where you will immediately start typing, and then attach it to yourself. I detached this phone after some tests, and put my old phone back in my outfit even though it does not have Bento animations.
