You must be the registered owner of the sim to be able to upload the RAW. file to the sim.
Alternatively, you can ask for the RAW. file to be sent to the registered owner on your behalf or forward it onto them yourself.
Please do not pass out the raw file to random people who ask for it under any circumstances, direct them to me.
