Changing your shape instead of adding a prosthetic belly means you should be able to still wear most of the clothes you have as your belly grows.
These shapes (12 shapes from not pregnant to breastfeeding) were made to work with Catwa Freya head and Maitreya body but also works well with the Legacy body, not as good on Belleza. If you have another mesh body/head brand please purchase the DEMO first then rate and comment on how it looks with your brand. Model is wearing Maitreya Lara mesh body and CATWA Freya head. I have made the shapes modifiable and supplied a notecard detailing the essential measurements I used to make the shapes in case you would like to use your own shape as the base to customised your own pregnancy shapes.
I have also included a style card if you want to buy the same skin or head etc.

If you would like your baby belly enhanced I recommend MT- Pregnant Belly Enhancer available on the MP, works to 'deform' your shape so it works with or without a prosthetic belly.

This made changing my shape so easy, well worth the 10 L. I didn't use the shape because I wanted to keep my own face shape so I used the NC as a guide to changing my shape when my mama-allpa hud got to the specific week, it was so easy and now I have saved custom pregnant shapes for the next time, if there is one ;) The ratio tip alone made such a big difference to how my belly looked. Just couldn't be happier. I have a Maitreya Lara.
