Minimalist design with a lot of free space allows you to use Prestige House as both, residential and commercial or as combination of both purposes. That futuristic design allows you to be creative as much as your ideas can go.
With house comes:
- a bar with drinks (LI 1),
- a bottle of champagne with glass (animated) (LI 3),
- bar chairs (for men and women) (LI 1 prim each),
- Aquarium (animated fish for the aquarium is supplied in a separate box) (LI 3),
- opening / closing blinds on some windows. (LI from 2 to 3 each, in total LI 15for all jalousie ),
- Triptych (LI 1).
Contain:
On the first floor there is one large main room connected to the dining room and kitchen. Around the first floor there is a lot of free space.
On the second floor there is one main room with an aquarium and one small fireplace room. The fireplace can be turned on and off at the click of a button. From the main room there are two entrances to two balconies. One of the doors opens so that in the open state it acts as a roof over the balcony.
On the third floor there is one main room, 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony and one bathroom.
There is also a huge roof space with a staircase and a fence around and can be used as a place for some other activities.
All doors are scripted for related objects and will only work if they are linked as a child entity.

STUMBLED ACROSS PERFECTION
Smiles, ok ok so perfection is in the eye of the behold her. This what I will call skybox but can be for any application. This thing is just a very fun build. My "GF" and I stumbled across it by accident. But once we walked around inside we both couldn't get it out of our thoughts. It has style it has pizzazz it has class. Come to the PamellaCloud store and rez it up top and you'll see what I mean. After all when you go home you want it to be comfortable and this certainly fits the bill. You will not be disappointed with this build and at 85 prims it is reasonable plus reasonable at $550 Lindens. How fun
