Prim Bin replaces your land Auto Return with an advanced system that gives you more control than ever before.

Set how many Prims people can use before they are returned, preventing sandbox hogging.

Set how long someone can be away from the sandbox before their Prims are returned. No more global timer for prim return, each avatar has their own timer.

Best yet, the return timer doesn't start until AFTER the avatar has left the region. This means people can build all day long without having to worry about a sandbox wipe.

There is a "White List" of avatars who's Prims will never be returned. These people have their Prims treated as if they are the land owner.

Ideal for LandLords who want to enforce how many Prims people are using without having to carve up their region into parcels.

The only way to enforce prim usage when renting vertically. Hotel rooms, skyboxes etc.
