Outstanding product and even more so customer service. I panicked because for some reason I didn't receive my order; after trying all sorts of things, I decided to send a note card. Good customer service
Initially did not receive the textures. This was not the vendor's fault but was apparently the fault of Linden Labs. The vendor made it right.
