This is exactly what I need, to make an "animated texture" you have tile all the keyframes you want of your water and paste them into one 1024x1024 and the script just quick as possible skips along like a gif. But you'd lose fidelity and it'd just look goofy if the prim the "Animated Texture" was stretched out any further. You'd be unable to play with the texture's settings. Having a slide is much more useful!

Not actually Animated
Wish I had read the reviews, its a scrolling texture, not animated in the slightest, does not work for what I needed it for, for me, a waste of $L.
Slider
Sadly, this is not an actual animated texture. The creator is just calling it such because the static texture comes with a script to slide it across the plane. It's good at what it does, but it's misleadingly named.
Very nice indeed
I needed water. Huge water. And this kit did the trick. A 1024x1024 and this kit got it to animate and look ok. So Huge props to the creator this kit is worth the cost.
You have to see these textures to believe them
Really beautiful textures, I've bought two now, the water and the chain link fence. The level of detail is superb and the way the light bounces off the water is really quite beautiful. I just need to keep experimenting to see in which creative ways these great textures can be applied. I also had a little trouble in the beginning and received great customer care. Highly recommended.
