Perfect set up for family with two small children.
Like the space on the first floor. Can turn kids loose and let them play and explore without worrying them that they will fall down the stairs or climb out a window. I can have cribs in downstairs office and let them sleep there. If they learn to climb out they have a room full of toys and place to play without waking up Mom. Also have bedroom upstairs that affords all the family members to have a bedroom of their own. Only complaint is that you don't have a choice on whether or not to have brick or stone walls. Would much rather have choice of wall paper or carpeting instead of wood floor.

Seems the house is bigger than specified. Marked as 31X38. I have a 60 X 60 skydome and it nearly filled it. Real easy to unpack and understand. My first house and its perfect. Thank you.
