I needed a low LI bank that was well done and did not cost me a fortune. I am very pleased with this purchase!
Not 36 prims...
The build itself is roughly 36 prims. THEN the furniture that comes with it adds onto it. I was kind of just hoping that it would come WITH the furniture in place so I wouldn't have to do all the work, but when this lists its prims, it is very misleading. It SHOULD have listed the prims decorated rather than undecorated. But on the plus side you do get the furniture you see inside. So I guess I shouldn't have any complaints, just this product gets a 1 star for it's technical dishonesty.
