Well mesh is always a great seller, but the walls and such are also modifyable, so I can rearrange things or expand it a bit for our space, really nice. More so I loved the demo he placed out, it so help get a 'idea' about the place. My only downside is how prim heavy it is for its size. If there was a way to 'cut prims' I think this be a 5 star, but that is the only thing I hold back on.
