This is a beach extension to your waterfront beach property. It's ment to go on the left hand side of your property and it will make it seem that you have more land than you actually have because it's off sim. You can teraform your land to fit this extension perfectly.
It extends out about 25 meters and is about 15 meters wide above the waterline and it's only 18 prims!

I wasted a lot of lindens looking for something like this ! Its mod so small texture chage to the rocks and it fitted perectly with my home, if you're looking for an off sim extention (it looks so good you could use it as a feature !) you've found it ! THANK YOU Auston !
