very very cool
I bought this skyscraper in 2014 and was the old version: I loved so much it, and used in a lot of lands. Scripts are very good, everything is working as expected and lift is a masterpiece: no other lift in sl is good as this one.
Later in 2020, I thought I Iost it so I ask a re-delivery and the new one was deliverede to me. What a magnificent building! The only regret is the pool is no more outside, but the upgrades she did to the skyscraper are really good. It consumes a heavy quantity of prims, but well worth if you own a huge parcel. Better if you go to lease flats.

I bought this building a few weeks ago and had plans to buy this and 2 other different buildings from this seller "Lady Nansen" aka "the red queen". After purchasing this building, I realized how aweful it was! It does not look as good as the photos here. It was very dark and gloomy, very low detail and dull... plus the scripts for the elevator etc all kept producing script errors. How are you supposed to rent out apartments that wont work for your tenants?? I was so dissatisfied with this junk building I contacted Lady Nansen by both IM and by notecard 30 minutes after purchasing this and politely asked for a refund. But she has not bothered to reply and has ignored requests from me for customer service help. Needless to say I didnt buy the other buildingd from her after all. Its very angering that Lady Nansen is just another seller in a very bad trend of sellers who are taking our money here on marketplace but wont respond to customer service requests or refund inquiries at all. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... dont get ripped off by her as I did. If sellers will not provide a demo for you to see first hand in world... dont take a chance on buying from them in marketplace. It sucks because Linden Labs allows these sellers to get away with this behavior! And now Im out $1,250 Lindens from buying this poorly made building and cannot get a reply from the seller. I will never buy from Lady Nansen ever again, I suggest you boycott her too.

This building is yet another amazing creation form Red Queen. I have this and Twilight Clan Land 2 and I would highly reccomend this if you want to have a Residential Sim.
