RE Eastlake Victorian House - 2 Story Home 2.0 - Mid Size/Low Prim

This is a Victorian style home done in gray tones, with white trim. It is a 2 story, with open space on each floor and a tower with windows on one corner. There is a front porch, plus balcony off the second floor and stairs in the back.

It features custom textures, but is mod so they can be changed, if needed. The front windows are embedded in the walls, but the windows on the tower are part of the wall textures & are not see through. The Octagon window is added on, so it can be changed or removed.

The house has about a 19 x 19 footprint and the main living area is 16 x 16, so it’s a nice mid sized home. It is also good on prims, for it’s size, at only 38 total.

It has a nice modern or Victorian look and the interior is done with a simple wall covering and moldings, as to not over shadow your decorations.
