This house is the same as the other, of the same name, but this model is Copy/Mod.

This is a Large Home, done in cream clapboard or lap wood siding, with white & gold gingerbread trim. It is a 2 story building, with a gazebo attached to the front porch. The first floor has a large living space and a dining room, with a kitchen off the back of it.

The second floor has 3 good sized rooms, including a big Master Bedroom, with open ceiling. The second room has the upstairs balcony and the third could be used as bedroom, den or bathroom. Each room has it’s own window.

It features many new custom textures inside and out, but is mod so you can add your own. The windows are embedded into the walls, so their or the inside walls can be easily changed, but the exterior has extra window frames, so they appear to be part of the wall.

Has about a 22m x 23m footprint, including the front porch, but not the gazebo. Good for your own use or to be used as a rental.

This house would look nice in Victorian, Western and Old West settings, or as a farm house in the country. Could also be uses as a Hotel, Inn or Bed & Breakfast.
