RE Folk Victorian Home 2.0 - 2 Story - Old West/Western Mansion

This is a Victorian House is done in lap wood siding with trim. It is a 2 story building, with lots of room. The first floor is a large living area, a kitchen and closet under the stairs. There is a stairwell up to the second floor, off to the side, to give more inside floor space and a wrap around porch in front.

The second floor has 3 good sized rooms, 2 with windows. One room is larger than the others, with the turret, for a Master Bedroom. The other rooms can be used as bedrooms, a den or for a bathroom.

It features custom textures inside and out, but is Mod so you can add your own. This version is also Copy, which is different than most of my homes.

The rooms upstairs and kitchen are set up, so their walls can be changed separately. Each comes with a different wall covering and all the windows are embedded into the walls, except the ones in the turret. The outside’s done in neutral textures, so they could also be tinted to different colors.

Has a 24m x 24m footprint, including the front porch, but not the little stairs in front. For it's size & detail, it is fairly low prim. Good for your own use or to be used as rentals.

Cannot only be used for a Large Victorian Home, but also a Boarding House, Western House, Southern Mansion or Hotel/Bed & Breakfast.
