This is a large ranch style home, with an open front and exposed beams. The front section can be used as an outdoor living room and has an open fireplace, that is connected to the inside room. There is also a big room upstairs, with it's own fireplace and open ceiling.
Also included are two different fires, with one log or two. These are not attached to the house and are copy/mod, so other fires can be put into the fireplaces.
It features custom textures inside and out, but is Mod so you can add your own & now the house is Copy as well. Good for your own use or to be used as rentals.
Has a 20m x 20m footprint and is pretty low prim, for it's size and detail.
Would look nice in a country, forest, mountain, Victorian, old west or maybe even a medieval setting.
