Yes it is modify
I could tint the white versions of the BoM tattoos easy. I don't know why the reviewer under could not do it.
For those who apply it instead of using BoM, learn how to tint through your head's HUD.
really nice, just...
...the white BoM tattoos are kinda sensless, except you want white dirt in your face. They are 'no mod', so you can't edit the color. I'm speaking of the BoM version only.
Would be 5 stars otherwise...
