The Iconic RLV Red Button.
Force sit and strip any RLV enabled avatar within 20 meters.
1. Place the button near the device you want to sit them on.
2. Change the Description of the button to the target device, and a default time.
a) the target can be the device name or UUID.
b) the default time is in seconds.
c) All restrictions will be released when the timer expires.
d) name or uuid of device:time
e) some device:180
3) Touch the button, it will scan for all RLV enabled avatars within 20 meters and present a list.
4) Selecting an avatar will allow you to force sit them, strip them or release them.
5) touch the button at any time to get this menu.
6) You may strip them one item at a time, or all items at once.

Setting using device name - did not work for force sit
Using the UUID worked for force sit.
Stripping: This device only strips old layer clothing.
Despite all testing I was not able to detach any attached clothings.
This is pretty outdated nowadays.
