Beautiful 3 bedroom home that uses a Rezzer for easy placement, made of 100% Original Mesh that is custom created by us.
Main floor has a large open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with 2 sets of french doors leading to the back patio with pergola beams. Also a large office room, laundry leading to the garage, and a bathroom that could be used as another bedroom. The main bedroom is spacious with french doors leading to the back patio also and a wardrobe with double entry.
From the hallway you will find a door leading down stone steps into the cellar room ready for your wine!
Then upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes and another bathroom with gorgeous views.
2 versions of the house included: 1 house with garage flat on the ground, and 1 version with a raised garage that can be used with the Casa Verna driveway pack that is available separately.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

Wow... exactly what I was looking for...
I have owned the Casa Verna for just over a year, and it just can't be beat for the features and the price. I'm on Syrah where I managed to construct a hill that looked decent in the neighborhood to get the altitude I needed to accommodate the cellar. I have also succeeded at doing a little customization on the property... KoolDoors, placing prims to make a solid roof, reconfigure the wine cellar, but it is hard to find exact matches to things (textures, doors, etc). No question, five star quality here.
Lovely house - Highly recommended
After looking for a long time and seeing hundreds of houses finally decided on this house for our family. So glad I did ! It's a wonderful home, all of our family is happy with it, and visitors are quite impressed too.. Plenty of room, yet still very cozy, and the large porch is great for 'outdoor living' :)
The little bit extra we paid for the cellar version is totally worth it as well.

My dream home come true!
This is everything I have ever wanted in my 7 years of being in sl. It has a cellar that makes for the perfect getaway for adults or a nice man room. The wood ceilings and accents are so nice, and the add on packs are both inexpensive, and totally worth it. A total must buy!
Must Have!
I rented this house in a Family RP sim (the one I rented had no cellar), and I loved it. Then when I rented a full sim, I decided to buy this version (with a cellar). Don't hesitate to buy. It's a great home! Get it and Love it!
