Pretty, but docks defective.
I get it, this is about 10 years old. But from the reviews, it appears the creator has been aware of the problem of the docks and seemed not to have fixed it. But no problem keeping the price high. I shouldn't have to contact the creator to fix a problem they are aware of for about 9 years. BTW...you can't put a boat in the boat house if you use either of the docks that come with it.

My friend Kizzy and I went house hunting the other day and she helped me pick out my next home from Roost, the Lakehouse, then she saw the matching boat house and well now she lives in it. lol It really is a wonderful little space and we both just love it.
