Sweet cottage
I love these cottage. It has only 20 prims and you can change the textures almost completely. I have replaced the windows in windows that open (this i always do with every house i have) and changed the colors of the walls and floor. A lot can be changed! The attic is now a bedroom with green walls and on the floor a rug. Ofcourse this house has a teleporter. There is just no room for stairs in a house of this size :-)
Neat
This is a nicely detailed cottage but i think a little expensive. There is an attic that you access via a teleporter.
I didn't use it as i don't like dark colors. But that is a matter of taste.
