R(S)W Shipping Crate Full Perms

Still using a box prim to pack your content? Why not use this wooden crate instead?

• Easily drag your promo or logo onto the label, so customers can see what's inside the box, or who it comes from.
• All the Shadow, Mask, and UV Maps you need are in the box, so you can easily add stencils, stamps, labels, etc to match the box to your brand.
• Wood, Shading, and UV Key examples included, so it's easy to find your place, and know what part of the texture will show up on which bit of the mesh.
• Crate is only 0.5 LI, so you can link a box prim deep inside it, and show as the creator, but still only use 1 LI.

In short, it's easy to work with, and low LI too!

Included Maps:
For the main body of the Crate and the Cross Braces:
• Mask (makes it easy to select parts when used with layers)
• Shading
• UVs
• UV Key (parts labeled.)
For the Bolts:
• Shading (although I recommend you don't use a texture, since they are tiny and not using one saves resources.)

NOTE: Because of upload limitations in SL, the Cross Brace textures are all included at 512x1024 resolution. To avoid distortions, resize them to 748x1024 pixels in your graphics program to work with them, then resize again to 256x512 pixels to upload

You have purchased a license to use the mesh model in Second LIfe™. You did not purchase, and do not own, the Intellectual Property rights for the mesh or textures themselves.

You cannot use it on any other grid, or in non-SL images. If you would like to use it other places, or other ways, please contact me (Robin Sojourner) in world, or e-mail me at chat@robinwood.com and tell me what you would like to use it for. I might simply give you permission, or I might ask for another licensing fee. Which will depend on the use you want.

ALLOWED USE

The license for this mesh allows you to pack your own items to sell or give away; but you cannot sell it or give it away full perm. The perms on the crate can be copy/mod, mod/transfer, copy only, mod only, or transfer only. The perms on the stuff inside can be whatever you like, of course. You are encouraged to link it with another prim so that you are shown as the Creator.

You are allowed, and encouraged, to use your own textures. I have provided various maps to make that as easy as possible. You’ll find Instructions for using them in the Instruction notecard, if you need them.

You are allowed to sell, or give away, add-on texture packs that are your own original work for any of my full perm items. The texture packs can be full-perm, and they can incorporate the shading textures I have provided.

PROHIBITED USE

You are prohibited from selling the mesh as a stand-alone item. In other words, you can pack the crate full of things you are selling or giving away, or you can sell the crate as part of a storage space, but you cannot sell the crate as a crate for others to pack things in.

You are prohibited from from selling the mesh as part of any full-perm set, or any set with both copy and transfer permissions.

You are prohibited from selling or giving away the textures that I have provided to you, with the exception of the shading textures and UV Maps (if any.)
