Originally, when I bought the rug, the texture was not as pictured. Once I mentioned that in my review, the creator IMMEDIATELY sent me a rug with the texture pictured on the MP listing. GREAT customer service, and it is very appreciated! Four stars for the rug, and five stars for the awesome service. :)
