That is always a tricky thing...customer service, like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get. Sooo, my experience was a lost radio, which btw, is pretty darn awesome. But none the less, I lost it...Trig had zero obligations to send me a new one. He never got nasty, never said an unkind thing, just treated me like I was not a dork for losing it to begin with. I got a new radio, from Trigit, got it replaced...and yeah....what more can a person say but Damn Spot On Service. Thanks so much!!

Great radio, been using it since it was created, only downfall is when it gets lost there is no redelivery. In all my time here I have purchased this and the jukebox numerous times. I tried contacting creator by message and notecard and never a response. I guess I'm the sucker that keeps paying for a new one everytime it gets lost.
