Note that it's 2 prims: the ad says this, but I highlight it because I made the mistake of assuming all lighthouses in this set had the same land impact. But it looks really good, and I love that you can take off the rowboat and have a fleet of those (saving the purchase of the separate rowboat; removing the rowboat did not decrease land impact). Great detailing, so cute; thanks!
