Allows anyone or only group to rating your store, only once.
Ratings are between 0 and 6 stars.
Votes are tallied and the display updated after each vote

Hover Text:
- Show up to 6 stars
- Last Rater Name and his rate.
- Total User .

Owner Menu:
- Reset.
- Change to Group or Anyone.
- Say the List of Voter/Rater Profile.
- Simple Instruction to change group.

Voter/Rater Menu:
- Show Join to group Link.
- Rate buttons.
- Thank you Massage.
